Himself and I had looked at an under-renovation Somerville property on Thursday, late afternoon, that would work really well for us 1. if a wall could be knocked down and 2. if they could meet his move-in date. We wondered why the realtor wasn't getting answers from the builder over the weekend.

It went under agreement to someone else yesterday.

On the other hand, the exercise let us figure out what will really work for us in size and layout. Now we need to find another one that will let him move in before June 15.
